Arrival in Johannesburg Touch down at O.R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, where the gateway to your African escapade awaits! Once you’ve collected your luggage, hop aboard our shuttle to the cozy Protea Hotel by Marriott. After checking in, unwind and prepare your taste buds for a delectable dinner at the hotel. Rest up, because the real excitement begins tomorrow!
Day 1: Victoria Falls Excursion Rise and shine! After a hearty breakfast, it’s time for a road transfer to O.R. Tambo International Airport for a quick flight to the breathtaking town of Victoria Falls, Zimbawe. Upon arrival, grab your Visa, and get ready for a road transfer to your Victoria Falls accommodation. Check-in, refuel with lunch, and take a moment to settle in. Cap off the day with a delightful dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: Helicopter Ride & Victoria Falls Tour Start your day soaring high with a scenic helicopter flight over the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls! Afterward, indulge in a delicious lunch and perhaps some souvenir shopping at a local café. Then, lace up your walking shoes for a guided tour of the majestic Victoria Falls. Return to the hotel for a relaxing dinner and a restful overnight stay.
Day 3: Market Shopping & Zambezi River Cruise After breakfast, it’s time to dive into the vibrant local markets for some shopping treasures. Refuel with lunch at a charming café before heading back to your hotel for a bit of relaxation. Later in the day, embark on a private cruise along the mighty Zambezi River from the Jetty. Savor a delicious dinner upon your return to the hotel.
Day 4: Border crossing and Chobe River Cruise After a scrumptious breakfast, it’s time to cross the border into Botswana! Check into your lodge and enjoy a leisurely lunch before setting off on an afternoon boat cruise along the Chobe River. Keep your camera ready to capture the wildlife spectacle unfolding along the riverbanks before returning to the lodge for a delightful dinner.
Day 5: Chobe National Park Exploration Fuel up with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a morning boat cruise into the Chobe National Park. Afterward, take some downtime to recharge before indulging in lunch and an afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge for a cozy dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.
Day 6: Safari Adventure at ChaZen Enjoy a leisurely wakeup and breakfast at the lodge before a road transfer to Kasane Airport for your flight back to Johannesburg, South Africa. Upon arrival, transfer to ChaZen Safari Lodge for a light snack and tea. Embark on an afternoon game drive, followed by drinks around the Boma Fire and dinner in the dining room.
Day 7-10: ChaZen Safari Delights Each day begins with coffee and breakfast before thrilling morning game drives, leisurely middays and afternoon gamedrives. Explore the Educational Center, indulge in retail therapy in the town of Parys, and partake in adventure activities. Afternoons are filled with drinks at the Boma Fire and sumptuous dinners in the Dining Room.
Day 11: Departure Day
Enjoy one last morning game drive before brunch and packing at the Safari Lodge. Depart ChaZen for O.R. Tambo International Airport, where you’ll catch your flights back home to the US.
